Duties and taxes
*Shipments to countries outside the European Union involve additional duties and taxes, which will be charged to the buyer. Upon receiving your purchase, you will need to pay these charges to receive the package. These fees are separate from shipping costs and are determined by the relevant customs authorities. We recommend reviewing your local customs policies and any recent updates before placing your order to avoid surprises. Refusing to pay these taxes will incur an additional return fee of €25, which will be deducted from the total value of your order.
*Shipments to the Canary Islands are exempt from VAT on our website, so they will be subject to duties or taxes charged to the buyer. These fees are separate from shipping costs and are determined by the relevant customs authorities.
Order tracking information:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your shipment. Remember to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your main inbox.

The CONTROLLER is responsible for the package until it leaves our warehouse; from that moment on, the courier companies are responsible for the parcel and its delivery. We will, however, assist you with managing any incident that may occur.
