Fees and taxes
*Shipping to countries outside the European Union may incur additional fees and taxes; in this case, these fees will be borne by the buyer. Upon receiving your purchase, you must pay to receive the package. These fees are separate from shipping costs and are determined by the relevant customs authorities. We recommend checking local customs policies and recent changes before making your purchase to avoid surprises. If your order is not received, an additional €25 return fee will be charged to our warehouse, which will be deducted from the total order value.
*Shipping to the Canary Islands is exempt from VAT on our website, so it will be subject to taxes or duties charged to the buyer. These charges are separate from the cost of shipping and are determined by the relevant customs authorities.
Order tracking information:
Once your order has been shipped, the shipping companies will send you a confirmation email with a link to track your order. Remember to check your spam folder if you haven't received the email in your inbox.

The CONTROLLER is responsible for the package until it leaves our warehouse. From that moment on, the courier companies are responsible for the package and its delivery. We will assist with handling any incidents.
Shipping restrictions:
Please make sure the address and information provided when shipping are correct. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Mailing address:
If you have placed your order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at info@paryescala.com or via WhatsApp as soon as possible, and we will try to resolve the error. Please note that once processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
