Exchanges and returns
You have 15 days from the delivery date to make an exchange or return, and if it is a custom-made atelier product, no exchanges or returns are allowed.
You can submit your exchange or return request through this form; you only need your order number and email address.
Remember to deliver it to the collection point within a maximum of 3 days from your request.

Sizes and measurements
On each product page, below the available sizes, you'll find a size chart. All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat.
Locate your order
To locate your package, you should check your email for a tracking email created by the shipping company, which will be sent once it leaves our offices.
Remember to check your spam folder if you don't find the email in your main inbox.

Composition and care
Each garment has a care label, but we recommend a short hand wash or machine wash at MAX 30°C (never soak).
We advise against using fabric softeners and stain removers because, being chemical products, they can affect the color of the garment due to the natural dyes.
Do not mix with other garments to avoid color bleeding and do not dry directly in the sun so as not to affect the color of your garment.
