Withdrawal

You may exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order, provided that the order has not yet left our warehouse. If you have already received it, you can proceed with the return here.

To do so, you must send us your order details via our customer service email. Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation by email, provided that the requirements are met.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us the following information:

• Full name
• Email address used for the purchase
• Order number
• Item or items for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal
• Email address where you would like to receive the confirmation
