Returns and exchanges policy

We hope you love your Par and Scale. If for any reason it doesn't meet your expectations, you can exchange or return your order within the established timeframe: 15 days from the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging. If you don't have the envelope or box, please send it in one that matches its dimensions (failure to meet these conditions may incur additional charges).

Once we receive your return, if everything is correct, we'll validate it and process the refund using the same payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@paryescala.com.

The costs for returns are as follows :

Spain: €3

EU: €10

International: €19.99 + customs fee €14.95

The costs for changes are as follows:

1st free change and €5 on the second and subsequent changes

Returns from the Atelier area:

Custom-made garments cannot be returned.

*RADDERS FREE GIFT: If you return your purchase, please remember to also return the gift, otherwise it will be deducted from the total purchase value ( € 25 ). In the case of an exchange, the value must still be greater than €140. Otherwise, please remember to return the rackets, or the amount will be charged. Promotion valid from April 25, 2025, to April 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM (CET).

*FRAGRANCE GIFT: If you return your purchase, please remember to also return the gift, otherwise it will be deducted from the total purchase value ( € 35 ). In the case of an exchange, the value must still be greater than €140. Otherwise, please remember to return the fragrance, or the amount will be charged. Promotion valid from March 28, 2025 to March 30, 2025. Valid only in EU countries.
