We hope you love your pair and scale. If for any reason it doesn't meet your expectations, you can exchange or return your order within 15 days of delivery.

In order for us to accept an exchange or return, the garment must meet these conditions:

• It must not have been used or washed.

• You must keep all the labels and original packaging. If you don't have the envelope or box, send it in one that is similar in size (failure to comply with these conditions may result in extra charges).

• It must not have stains, odors, traces of makeup, deodorant, creams, or any other indication of use.

To make an exchange or return, click here ; you only need your order number and email address.

You will receive both the return label by email and the refund to your original payment method or via IBAN within 10 business days of your return being validated*. You can also choose store credit , which will be sent to you via email with the value of your product, which you can use for another purchase.

*We will validate your return as soon as we receive it and it meets all our return policies .
